Getting in touch with myself
Why am I naming this blog as getting in touch with myself:
I have realised lost touch with myself! yes with my mind, my body, my heart, my soul. and here I am in an attempt to find them all.
I am here to seek them all. But I cant do them all together.
So I am going to write down what I like, what I donot like, how I envision my life..
I understand I am confused in a lot of things as of now. but then who is not. And the goal for creating this blog is reduce that confusion and bring more clarity to myself in life.
This blog is basically to do a reflection and a lot of self communication.. Well I may go ahead and use my thoughts to communicate with others but I want to spend some time talking to myself and try to make my head clear.
So, why did I not write this blog in my notebook:
1. When I thought of writing, I thought of writing in my notebook but can I carry my notebook with me all the time? Will it be accessible to me everyday.
In the new digital india, I think the blog is much more easily accesible.
2. I wouldn't want anyone to read it without my permission. In the blog, I get the option of not publishing some posts, which I donot want anyone to read. I can write, well type it down but still I have the access control
Because of the above points, a blog seems like a better choice for me.
I want to learn.. learn a lot.. I feel I have spent my whole life learning somethings which arent really of much use ot me..
and now I want to learn the real things.. But learning takes time and there are issues which needs to be addressed at a higher priority in my life.
For now I will start with what all are the problem areas for me to solve as of now:
1. Food: I want my lil one & my husband & myself to eat really healthy food. But then I am not able to consistently cook what they will like.
I want food to be super healthy. Organic and what not and these two people donot like it.
I will get to each problem later as in what I have tried till now to solve them and what do I plan to do now.
2. My los happiness, behaviour, studies: Once I solve this food issue in the family I really want to ensure that my los happiness & upbringing isnt affected because of the traditional education system.
Also I would like it if she spends her time learning the right things than trying to learn them all after crossing 30.
